What you provide
- A few hours of interviews with you and your best person
- Whatever you use today: checklists, a handbook, videos, or nothing written down. Nothing written down is common, and fine.
- One role to start with
How it runs
Interviews first, then a draft you review, then a test with a real person, then handover. About 3 to 4 weeks, depending on how quickly interviews get scheduled.
Not included
- More than one role. Each added role is quoted on its own.
- Studio video production. Simple recorded walkthroughs are included.
- Legal, HR or safety compliance review. Your qualified people sign off on anything technical.

The Onboarding Audit is a 90-minute working session and a written fix plan for a new hire's first 90 days. It's $750, and if you go ahead with the Learning Design Sprint within 30 days, the full $750 comes off.
