Sageful for Businesses · Workforce transitions

A restructure touches everyone. Support all three groups.

The people leaving, the people staying, and the managers holding it together. Practical, human support for each, so the change doesn't cost you the team you're keeping.

01 The problem

The announcement is one day. The uncertainty lasts months.

When roles go away, the people leaving need a way forward. The people who stay are quietly asking whether they're next, and their work shows it. Managers are asked to explain decisions they didn't make, usually with no preparation.

I spent years developing leaders inside a large health system while it restructured, and I watched good people learn their roles were going away. These programs are built for the parts that usually get left to chance.

02 Three programs

Use one, two, or all three.

Sageful NEXT · for departing employees

  • Group sessions on getting your footing back: identity, purpose, and what comes next
  • Practical reinvention work: what you're good at, what you want, and a plan for the first 90 days
  • The free Find Your Purpose course and Lenses self-assessments, to keep going after the sessions end

Sageful FORWARD · for the people who stay

  • Team sessions that make room for what happened, then rebuild clarity on roles and priorities
  • A simple plan for who owns the work that moved
  • Tools to rebuild confidence and momentum, so the team you're keeping stays

Sageful LEAD · for managers

  • Preparation for the conversations managers will have with their teams before, during and after the change
  • How to lead people through uncertainty without overpromising
  • A short playbook managers can come back to in the weeks after

What this is not

  • Legal or employment-law advice. Your counsel and HR own the decisions, the notices and the terms.
  • Therapy or clinical mental-health care. Where someone needs that, I point them to your EAP or qualified professionals.
  • A full outplacement firm. If you need job placement services at scale, I'll say so and help you find one.

03 How it starts

Start with a pilot. Then decide.

Every engagement starts with a short call about what's happening, who it affects and your timeline. Then a written pilot scope: which programs, how many people, how many sessions, and a fixed price.

Sessions run live, on site or online. If the pilot works, we extend it. If it doesn't, you've spent a pilot, not a contract.
