03 Who built it
The course I needed in July.
I am Brian LeSage. I spent years developing leaders inside a large health system while it restructured, and I watched good people learn their roles were going away, often for reasons that had nothing to do with how well they did the work.
This summer it was my role. The help I found was job boards and platitudes. Neither answers the real question: “who am I now, and what do I want this next part to be?” This course is the one I needed.
