For anyone in the middle of a change
The reorg came through. The role was eliminated. The marriage ended. The move happened before you were ready. Sageful is a four-week course and a community for people figuring out what comes next.
Free, and no credit card. Week one opens the day you sign up.
In the news
“Your job, your title, your paycheck can be eliminated in a day, but your values and your purpose don’t have to die.”
Who this is for
Health systems have spent this year restructuring. If you are a nurse, a manager, a director who has watched service lines close and roles get eliminated, you already know the part that is hard to say out loud. You were good at the job. That was not the thing that decided it.
You do not have to be in healthcare to belong here. But if you are, you will not have to explain the context first.
And you do not have to be in crisis either. You just have to be in the part where the old answer stopped working and the new one has not shown up yet.
The hardest part of a transition is not the logistics. It is not knowing who you are while you are in it.
The Course
Four weeks, one module at a time, so you are never staring at all of it at once. Each week has a short video, something to read, a few honest questions you answer in the app, and one small action. Built for the margins of a hard season, not for a clear calendar.
Getting honest about what ended, and what it took with it.
Identity beyond the role, the relationship, or the place.
Values, strengths, and what this season is actually asking of you.
Turning purpose into a direction, and a first step you can take this week.
What you get
Video, written teaching, reflection prompts you answer in the app, and one action step a week.
Grouped by what you are navigating, so you land among people who already understand the part you would have to explain anywhere else.
Running alongside the course, so the work does not stay theoretical.
Yours by default, saved as you type. You choose if you ever share one, and you can take all of it with you.
Who built it
I am Brian LeSage. I spent years leading teams inside a large health system, which means I have sat on both sides of the restructuring conversation. I have been the one told to do more with a smaller team, and I have been the one telling good people their role was going away.
This summer I was on the receiving end of it. So this is not a framework I read about. It is the one I needed in July.
I built Sageful because the help available to people in transition is either a job board or a platitude. Neither answers the real question, which is not "what do I apply for." It is "who am I now, and what do I want this next part to be."
