- One hour with you each month: who's new, what's slipping, what to fix next
- A quarterly review: what's working, what isn't, and one change to make
- Updates to your onboarding when the work, the equipment or the crew changes
How it starts
The retainer runs the onboarding we build together first, through the Learning Design Sprint or the Onboarding Audit. If you already have a solid program, we start from yours.
Not included
- Recruiting or hiring. This starts the day someone is hired.
- Certified safety inspections or legal and HR compliance review. Your qualified people sign off on anything technical.
- Building a new onboarding program from scratch. That's the sprint.
